A SIMPLE GUIDE · THREE STEPS
A different format.
A familiar routine.
Toothpaste tablets bring toothpaste into a compact, solid format. Here is the general idea; follow the final product label for DOTS-specific directions.
DAILY
RITUAL ✳
Easy to get.
Easy to remember.
FIRST THINGS FIRST
Take.
Take one tablet, following the serving instructions on the final product pack.
BREAK IT DOWN
Chew.
Chew gently to break the tablet down and prepare it for brushing.
BACK TO THE CLASSIC
Brush.
Brush with a wet toothbrush and follow the final on-pack directions.
Exact use, rinsing, storage and age-suitability instructions depend on the approved DOTS formulation and product label. The final pack directions take priority.
So, what exactly is a toothpaste tablet?
Think of the toothpaste step you already know, reimagined in a small, solid format.
Toothpaste tablets are individually portioned solid pieces designed to be used as part of a normal brushing routine. Instead of squeezing toothpaste from a tube, you start with a tablet and follow the product’s directions to prepare it for brushing. The exact formula, serving guidance and storage instructions vary by product.
That is the whole plot twist. Your toothbrush still has a starring role.
Read the label, use the product as directed and choose oral-care products with your dental needs in mind. If you have questions about fluoride-free products or your personal cavity risk, ask your dentist.
For mornings that don’t go to plan.
Running late?
Your routine doesn’t need a motivational speech. Just a format that’s easy to understand and follow.
Overpacked again?
We know the feeling. One more thing in the bag, and somehow it is still the charger you forgot.
Small space energy.
Not every daily essential needs to take up the whole shelf. Thoughtful design starts with asking why it does.
Back to basics.
No elaborate routine. No 14-step morning manifesto. Just a familiar habit in a different format.
A LITTLE MORE TO KNOW
Curious is a good place to start.
Explore the ingredients, read how we think about the science, or see the questions we’re working through. We would rather explain what we know—and what we do not—than make a big promise and hope nobody asks.
